Hello frnds, Pls tell me that does PGDM has equal to MBA. as so many universities are providing PGDM degree to the students instead of MBA.
Collages are saying that their PGDM Degree is equal to MBA but as far as I know companies are looking for MBA degree holders. so please make it clear that is PGDM degree equalent to MBA or not.

PGDM is a diploma and MBA is a master degree. there is a big difference between these two courses like education , classes, seminars,group discussions , etc.. if you need a better master education then you should go for MBA instead of going for PGDM.

As I know these both are equibalent but not equal. MBA is a master DIGREE but PGDM is a master level DIPLOMA programm and I think you know about the difference between MBA and PGDM.
