MA is the world standard for PG Degree in Mass Communication. MS and not MSc is offered in some universities to students who pursue Master's through research.

The difference is since some Institute consider Communication as Art and some consider Science. Thererfore some offer MSC and some offer MA.

Hi,
There is no much difference between the two. M.SC will be more research based while M.A is more inclined towards practical exposure.
So you can decide upon the one that goes best with your skills, interest and aptitude.
