Hello, How did know any college in Bombay or Delhi for (ME, or, M.Tech COURSES) which send ADMISSION call WITHOUT ENTRANCE EXAMS?

Or any choices like conditional admission for preparing year or language year while I can get one or the requested exam GATE. If I were in India, it would be much easily to me. Or even different cities like Ahmadabad or Bangalore.
