5 years agoFrom your information it seems that you have not yet passed your engineering graduation examination. It's okay. A student is allowed to appear for GATE examination even if he is in the final year & you can definitely be considered to be in final year. Hence I feel that you are indeed eligible to appear for this examination. If the rough sheet gets filled, then they can ask for another one scribble pad after returning the previous one to the invigilator.
