Hello, I am a State Government employee and currently I am posted in Siliguri WB, so can I do Masters degree in civil engineering?

Yes, you can do so, but not as a regular course as you are a govt. employee. So, you can't do regular Master's parallel to your job. You can do it as a distance course or part time masters which will be recognized by your job authority. All the best.
