hello i am at present working in an plastic industry. i have just changed my job.my previos profile is totally from mechanical industry. Now at this situation i am somewhat finding difficult to get settled and also my field change may not restrict me in getting good jobs again in mechanical industry

Dear Abhijeet, Normally your decision making ability and maturity is judged on the basis of your profile and job switching. I can understand your situation. You should start looking job again in your previous industry if you are interested in that else you can do your gap analysis and improve/ devel
