Hello.. I am currently pursuing physics hons.. should I get into lateral engg or msc in physics? I am keeping the employability in my mind..
I am quite good at academics throughout.I am quite prone to make my career in corporate world where I can make money.As u can see,money matters to me.So which way would suit me better?Someone advised to do m.tech after msc physics.. would it provide me with same job opportunity as lateral engg?Thank

If you are good in study, the try MSc Physics in BARC tromby, Integrated PhD in IISc/IITs. A great career is waiting for you. you can also go for astrophysics, Avionics, Solid state Physics and many more. Now a days in every sector job is available you the thing is the ability to achieve. I presume you are doing your B.Sc.-Physics. If so, you have probable roads to:-
1. B.Tech. through lateral entry directly in 2nd year. You may opt for any branch but choose an engineering college with good reputation, which has passed out at least two batches and which has good camp

Dear Suvendu,
If you want to earn money then i suggest you to opt for MBA or MCA rather than going in MSc Physics because in that case you cannot get high salary jobs .
So if money matters then apply for MBA in whichever field you like it will fetch you a nice amount of money .
