Yes, on the basis of your qualifications, you are eligible to apply for the program at George Brown College.

in which year you have completed your bachelors as this course will require work experience....also your IELTS is on the lower side...you are required to give it agin you need 6.5 bands overall with no module shld be less than 5.5
