Hello I am MS Gayatri Kulkarni, I have Completed my MPM from Pune university in 2014, I don't have experience of HR, I want to work in Hr.

Second class in Hr, wanted to work in training department, or any department in Hr, please Guide me,. .

    Hy Gayatri,
    It's important to understand that job in HR roles are not easy to get. If you want to work in HR than you should have work experience or atleast have Masters degree in HR specialisation. Either try to get work experience or try to secure Masters degree in HR specialisation.
