Hello i am not quite sure of when to start preparing for UPSC.I am having quite low percentage upto now in B.E.Please help if you can.
I completed my 10th from Don bosco lonavala.I scored 84% in 10th & scored 69% in 12th(PCMB).Now I am currently pursuing B.E from Pune institute of computer technology and having quite less percentage overall.I am in second year.I am not sure of when to start preparing for UPSC.Please help

Dont worry be focus percentage dosent matter alot in UPSC exams
