hello i am snehashis my friends wants to be sited on income tax/excise examination and upsc b category examination he got 48% marks in b.com..............could you suggest what he needs to do to crackdown on this exam.......is it possible any working people to sit on this kind of examination..

senhashis as per your information you are eligible for these exams your 48% marks in B.Com exam is not a problem hard work is a way to crack these exam. Working people is also eligible to sit in these exams. Go ahead best of luck
