Hello, I am working as SR IT Recruiter/Resource Manager now. SO i want to do MBA(Full time) from a the best college.Is there any way that i can do it from TOP-B Schools or IIM's without admissions like(MAT or CAT) and will they consider my job experience.

Hi Pallavi.
All the Top B Schools or IIM's require CAT or MAT exam which is complusory.
They do not consider your job experience.
