I had did biomed in India. Can i change my stream n select MS in instrumentation engg.I gave my GRE and got score of 990. S tat enough to get good colleges.. Now i m confused whether to write Toefl or just writing IELTS is enough.whether German universities consider GRE and Toefl score or IELTS.
