hello, i given gate exam but i dont think that i can qualify it & i want to take admission for M.TECH OR ME in best college like in pune university. so for which college should i apply?

for this purpose, first u have know about that college who offers mtech and then try know about the selection procedure. if they conduct a special entrance exam then appear that exam . then u got admission in mtech course..thnx
