hello i got 6.5 band in ielts but have 5.5 band in writing section, in other sections i have more then 6.5 band can i get admission in ph.d

As long as you have a 6.5 band in IELTS overall, then it is possible for you to apply for admission to the university. The minimum requirement of IELTS in canada is 6.5
