No, the minimum criteria is 60% in class 12th PCM. I am sorry, you won't be able to sit for counselling, thus you won't be able to get a seat. Please check for other colleges.

There is no B.Sc in fashion design course offered in VIT Vellore, It's only offered in VIT Chennai campus.
The minimum eligibility is 50% and with this score, it is not possible for you to get admission, there are highly rare cases where you might get a seat. -
You can get this college by giving donation otherwise you can not get VIT, Vellore.
