Hello ~ I have 3 yrs of experience in a BPO and 3.5 yrs of exp in Human Resources.But if you look @ my qualification, it is just12th Standard, I would like to do a masters without a graduation in india or overseas, can u suggest some mgmt schools..i am interested in International Business & HR...!

With your expereince certificate you can apply for masers one year programme in Uk unversities. You need IELTS minimum6.5 band. You can do spesiclisation in HR
