    It is tough to say which college is best. So, I would suggest you to check certain parameters such as recognition, success rate, how old the institute is, course details, faculty, alumni feedback, etc before joining.
    2)
    Regarding placements, every college / institute provide assistance to successfully pass out students. But, no institute can guarantee you placement as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills, etc. You may directly contact the institute's placement cell for feedback.
