hello..i have done my b.com(prog.) this year. I want to do MBA but because of some family reason i can't join any regular program. kindly tell me from which institute/university i should select. Is there any draw back of distance MBA degree???

yes it is , you can not compare a distance course with a regular one, distance course has no value in the job market.
