Hello, I have done with my graduation in BMM. However I wish to try my chance in banking or business. Shoulld I opt for MBA Diploma or PG?

i want to enter the banking ssector as a probationary officer. I have done my higher studies in commerce. So I still rember basics, but out of touch. So i was wondering whether I sholud go for classes for PO or opt for a diploma or MBA? While, In future wish to do business reporting (TV )
