Yes generally the cutoff Is between 80-85 percentile. Make your profile. College will intimate you regarding the psychometric test and GD PI.
Work exp definitely plays importance.

Based on your cmat score you will get through to the next round for which you will have to give psychometric test clearing which you will get a call for gd pi. -
