Abeer either you go for B.Tech biotech or go for B.Sc microbiology or biotech. All the options are good.
As for admission try in private universities like LPU, SRM, SMU etc you can get admission their on the basis of your marks in 12th too.

Hello if you like to pursue you higher degree in B tech Biotechnology is a good option, and you will get good placement in biotech in amity and IILM college of engineering at greater Noida
