Hello! i want to become HR of ongc then IAS and now am in class 12 what courses would be best for me then and in which colleges?

To Become an HR u will need to do B.S.W. and M.S.W.
This degree will also help you in IAS exam.
institute depends on where do you live?

Firstly I congradulate you for your level of thinking.
ONGC is a Public Sector Enterprize, There is no such provision that every HR of ONGC should employed through IAS (Civil Service Exeminition) or every IAS are elligible for ONGC placement.
