Hello, I want to know that after doing 4 year Bsc(Engineering) in E&C, can i appear for GATE exam and do M.Tech in India.

This for year B.Sc. is = BE so you can go ahead

Please verify whether your course is AICTE approved and equivalent to BE/BTech.
