Hello I want to know that, which program is best suited in current corporate sectors in India(either gov.or Public sector)MBA or PGDM.

Do MBA from good institute

If you are aiming at doctoral level qualifications, MBA would stand out. PGDM is considered equivalent to MBA.

For a company.....What they are looking out for is the talent and not DEGREE.the recruiter is interested in what knowledge do u posses hell it does not matters wether u have an MBA or PGDM PGDM is more practical, industry oriented, and sector specific.... MBA has a repetitive syllabus...less updated
