Hello I want to know that, which program is best suited in current corporate sectors in India(either gov.or Public sector)MBA or PGDM.

    If you are aiming at doctoral level qualifications, MBA would stand out. PGDM is considered equivalent to MBA.

    For a company.What they are looking out for is the talent and not DEGREE.the recruiter is interested in what knowledge do u posses hell it does not matters wether u have an MBA or PGDM
    PGDM is more practical, industry oriented, and sector specific.
    MBA has a repetitive syllabus.less updated while PGDM is more updated as per industry
    Corporate sector looks at meeting its requirement and sees value in hiring graduates from Autonomous PGDM courses that are beyond the so called clutches of University/Government Policies of reservations and purely driven by merit irrespective of the caste and better teaching learning practices.
