Hello, I want to know the difference between MBA and PGPM, which one is better? Also which stream is best for specialization in MBA?

I am confused between Master of Business Administration and Post Graduate Program in Management, which one is better to pursue. Also, I want to know the best stream to go for specialization while pursuing MBA. Can you please suggest some god colleges in Bengaluru for the same. Thanks for the support
