Hello, I want to take CSE and got 777 in KCET but I am confused if I should join PES University or R.V College?

As per the records, RV has a higher rank than PES. But, as far as I know, the placement for CS branch is almost equivalent for both the colleges. You can decide on the basis of other factors like fee, infrastructure, etc.
