Hello, I would ask if I can get any (ME, or, M.Tech COURSES) ADMISSION WITHOUT ENTRANCE EXAMS? BECAUSE IM NOT IN INDIA?
Can I get conditional admission under any course name like language preparing than I get the visa and than I can do GMAT easily !

Some government universities and private colleges provide direct admission to foreign nationals for ME or M.Tech course.

Thanks in advance. Please could you mantion one of them or how should I look up in Shiksha to find out those universities. I'm looking special in Delhi. Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. Consecutively.

Yes, you can. Some colleges do provide admission without entrance.
