After completing your engineering you can do your MBA. if you can afford the cost studying abroad is better than studying in India.
Engineering UG is a three year program If you have 80% and above marks you can get Hons program which will be four years. That is BEng Hons . In this you will study two year and third year you will get industry placement. Fully paid internship. after completing again fourth year you will come back to university and study fourth year. This way you will come out BEng with one year work exprience -
