Hello, if my CAT percentile is 99 and my academics are all around 60% and above then what is the possibility to get in?

I will be honest that IIM Bangalore is going to be very difficult for you. But, you can target IIM C, they give very low weightage to graduation marks. -
You have chances to get in, but keep a back up plan by securing your seat at some other college as well.
