Hello , in bcom 5th sem I have 1 backlog if I'll get good score in cmat then I'm eligible or not because of backlog and I have 55% in bcom.

You are definitely eligible as long you have at least 50% in graduation, and manage to clear the backlog in your final result of Bcom.
