agree with sunita,E&CE department is very poor.Mtech Students of 2009 and 2010 is not passed yet and 2013 year is running currently.unusual delay is done by E&CE department.Even they not help students to guide.So most of the studnet have pending thesis and they are very furstated.So if u want to com

Yes,Its true and E&CE dept. is worst in JNU.Thesis is not completed of 2009 and 2010 batch students bcoz poor management .so think twise to take admission in jnu.
