Hello Is the LL.B. Degree is mandatory for enrollment in the High Court as a lawyer, or we will used 1st to 6th sem marksheets as well.

I am recently completed my LL.B. In the year 2020.

To get the license of practise from BCI, the procedure is as follow. 1)Register in state bar council ( the require documents) 2) Pass the AIBE exam within two year of registration in state bar. I suggest to use " Advocate" instead of lawyer, in case of practise. You require provisional/ original de
