Hello, ive completed my 12th grade in India and have planned to do my UG in english literature in singapore. please let me know a good college with moderate fees for NRI's.

Delhi University is also one of the better options incase you wish to study in India. The opportuities are good after PG & Mphil if you can clear the NET exam.

For English literature, UK is always a best option
In India you can do it from EFL University Hyderabad
