I completed My bachelor in electrical on 2012 and right now i am working as pvt firm i am interesting for abroad education . my academic score is 71.9 % and having 11 months experience right now i hadn't any GRE, Tofel exam

You should decide about the country or countries you wish to study and visit their Embassy/ Consulate to meet the Education Counselor who can advise you best. Avoid the 'agents' and 'consultants' who will misguide you more and will send you to the university/ college that pays them bigger commission
