Hi, Junior Basic Training (JBT) is a two-year full time program. It is considered as one of the important parts of elementary teacher training. For this course, eligibility required is pass in Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent. Some teacher training institutes in India conduct entrance exam for JBT, but majority of the institutes enroll students on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination.
