You have to go for regular LLB degree , i dont think distance LLB degree is valid at this time

Hi,
1. If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
