Hi, Both the courses you mentioned, are good course to pursue, and both of them offers good career prospects and growth opportunities. If you wish to build your career exculsively in pharma industry, in that case you may opt for MBA (Pharma), whereas is you wish to keep your options open for other sectors as well, in that case you may opt for MBA. As per your profile, as you are already working, it would be advisable for you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be: You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations. After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e whether you wish to remain in pharma industry only or you are even ready for other sectors as well. The other advantage of this step would be, that after working for few years you may yourself finance your full tuition fee for regular MBA course, plus this work experience would also help you in getting admission in good universities or colleges. As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem. I hope this answers your query. if you have the facility,you opt for the distance mode, as you are already doing the job of an executive and the experience certainly counts.
