hello sir, as i completed my btech(cse) in 2009 batch but i have some backlogs . igot my degree in 2009(november) .after writing gre can i get visato usa?

Do well on your GRE and TOEFL. Write a strong essay. Be well prepared for your visa interview. Speak the truth to the visa officer. Go to the interview with confidence. Frankly, thats all it takes!

Hi,
You can get a visa after getting an admission offer from a university in US, not after writing the GRE. Once you get the admission offer and the I-20 from the university, you can file a visa application.
Now, since you have backlogs, you might just face a little problem during the visa interview
