Hello sir.good evening.I appeared in 12th cbse in 2013.I failed.depressed, i didn't appearin 2014.Can i appear in cbse boards in 2015.

I was depressed and broken hence i didn't give the boards in 2014. Am i eligible to appear in cbse 12th in 2015 affer having a gap of one year after failing in 2013. thank you.
