hello sir, i am 2012 pass out batch with ECE branch. i'm having 82 as aggregate upto now. now i'm in a confusion to do job or m.tech?

if i decided to do m.tech, which college is better. i wish to prefer bangalore for m.tech.....plz suggest the way for me
