Dear Mandeep, ISB looks for work experience of atleast 2 years full time work ex. So if you are absolutely determined on getting into ISB , I suggest that you focus on fulfilling this eligibility criteria and also check the ISB website www.isb.edu for other criteria that you may have to fulfill f
