Go ahead with MCA or SAP/ CRM courses after completing Graduation for IT field or you can do MBA and enter into the Job.

If your interest is in computer science then you may opt for M.sc(cs) from IIT or NIT or you can go for MCA if you have the talent to stand on MCA with good % and knowledge then do it otherwise go for MBA as it's leading in Finance.

Simple graduation is not going to get you a good job better would be to go for a higher degree like MCA/ MCA-M.Tech/ MBA (IT) etc. These are going to increase your chances of getting a job in a good company and also good salary package.
