I am in 12th science now in gujarati meduim.after 12th science i want to do computer science in usa but i am not able to understand english perfect,so please tell me how can i remove my this problem

You are still in the initial stages So , there is no problem. First, concentrate on the main subject and through a good study , you will get an automatic knowledge of English also.
