Hello Sir, i am pursuing BE degree in computer Science. i want to do Pg(ME/M.TECH) from reputed college, so what kind of preparation i need?

I got second class in first year and first class in both second and third year now i am pursuing final year(Computer Science) and i want to do PG from reputed college. I want to know what kind of preparation i need , which book should i prefer or should i prefer class?
