hello sir, I am veeral my % in 12th is 55 and my graduation % is 65,so does the % of 12th matters if my score in CAT would be 90+?

I haven't give CAT yet,still preparing but will my score in 12th affect my admission,as most of the top colleges have made a criteria that your 10th & 12th % should be 60 above,please help me out....
