Sir, as my opinion we can go canada without IELTS require.depend on Some english Course(Elly).can i go With Elly course?

Hi Harsh, After 12th you can pursue your Diploma / Degree in Canada. But, you will be required to give the IELTS or TOEFl exam. If you score less than the required score, then universities give you admission through a English Language program - what you are referring to as Elly course. ELICOS - E
