Hello sir ,i finished 5 sem. of btech from aicte aproved university and remaining 3 sem from cmj univer. which is ugc app. is it valid?

Sir i completed my 5 semesters of btech from AICTE approved university and remaining 3 sem. from CMJ university which is only UGC approved.sir is it valid? and with that i have also finished my B.Sc. degree from CMJ in 2012.so is there any problem having two bachlor degrees at the same time?
