Hello Sir I got 6 band overall in ielts but in speaking my score is 4.5 Should i apply for Canada Under SPP

Hi,
It would be of no use. Getting a visa with that score even under SPP would be next to impossible. Please retake the IELTS and target a minimum score of 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section.

If you have cleared TOEFL then you are eligible
There is no minimum band required however 6. seems to be OK
You should go ahead

In SPP, visa office has mentioned avg. score requirement only but while applying for admissions, few colleges might not accept you due to lower speaking score.
