HELLO SIR, i hv completed my diploma in mechanical engg,nw im doing BE mech in 3rd year,but i got drop in 3rd year.my educational details are below SSC-68.93,HSC-52.13,AND Diploma in mechanical 75.75% so can i apply for MS in germany and europe.
